A little residential facelift

Submitted by greg on March 26, 2010 – 4:42 pm3 Comments

We have been pretty busy lately and have not had a chance to complete an Urban Facelift but we have been doing a few residential facelifts for clients. The original home is about as sad as it comes. Our goal with this facelift was to give the little house come continuity. The house looks to be from the late 60′s early 70′s era and that is what we went for. Of course just cleaning up the yard and fresh paint goes a long way. We improved the front entry and added a much needed garage door to the enclosed attached car port. We provided several color options, but this is probably the one they will go with. The client should start work soon and we will let you know how it turns out. Be on the lookout for the Oak Street apartments, they are nearing completion and we will post the completed photos with the original renderings.
