Permitted in 2007, this project ultimately was not built due to market economic conditions.  Located 3 blocks from Fort Lauderdale beach, it was subject to demanding city guidelines during the approval process, which were all met.  The project consisted of covered parking under the 4 stories of condos above.  8 units were designed to be 2,200-2,400 sq ft each, with views of the intracoastal and ocean beyond
