The Duplex Study was conducted to investigate the feasibility of providing a duplex containing two living units under 1200 square feet each with 2 bedroom and two bathrooms.  The duplex is designed so that roof, porch, and facade types could be interchanged easily without revision to the floor plans, to provide the choice of a Craftsman, Victorian, or Vernacular style in an existing historic fabric.
