Dames Point Marina

Submitted by jason on November 21, 2008 – 11:27 amOne Comment

A new mixed use project will be breaking ground in Jacksonville, early 2009 off of New Berlin Road, just east of 9A.  The development will consist of a dry rack boat storage and a 34 slip marina protected by Blount Island.  The main building will house a first floor restaurant and ship store,  a second floor restaurant/bar with a huge balcony and deck, 6 two story lofts and two flats on the third floor, all overlooking the  St Johns River and Blount Island.  Essentially, a sport fisherman’s paradise.
