Designed for the governmental agency that oversees air and water quality testing for Broward County, FL, this project housed 10,000 sq ft of laboratory and office space.  Complicated MEP systems were efficiently coordinated with the design of the facility to maximize energy efficiency and worker productivity.  A specially designed clearstory was integrated into the main lab space to allow for diffused natural light to be introduced.
