First TSI now The Pearl….

Submitted by jason on September 12, 2008 – 7:30 amNo Comment

As we all just found out about TSI’s Grand Re-Opening this weekend, we learned this morning that The Pearl has been D.A.R.T.’d.

Drove by this morning to see the following posters taped to the wall…

It seems awfully coincidental that as soon as one extremely popular late night venue gets ready to reopen after being closed down by D.A.R.T. and being declared an “unsafe structure” another one gets shut down….

Does Jacksonville not like it’s late night clubs?  Or was there a little more reason to close down The Pearl, than what we saw for TSI.

We’re usually not the source for this kind of news, so I’m sure you’ll be able to find more information as it comes available on urbanjacksonville.info, or one of the blogs that provides urban news.

If anyone has any info, let us know…
