PBS has an ongoing series called e2.  In this series they cover design, energy, and transportation.  They all are filmed very well and most are narrated by Brad Pitt.  The series is full of very interesting information for our changing planet the the time we live in.  The shows are currently showing on your local PBS station, they can be rented on Netflix, and some of the series can be viewed on HULU.

This show entitled Gray to Green maps the journey of Single Speed Design in Cambridge MA, took what was trash and transformed it into a beautiful modern recycled home.
