Jason and I sincerely hope that everyone has fun and relaxing holiday.  WIth all the goings on the last couple of months, things like the economy, 700 billion dollar bail outs, a new president, and automobile companies that got fat off of off sport utility gas guzzlers and now want our tax money to keep them afloat, we would like to do a couple of posts for your after turkey eating enjoyment.

Now to the very important question at hand, WTF is a TURDUCKEN? It sounds like it might be fun, until you take a look at the following cartoon.  You can see by the Doctor Fun cartoon from 2003 that turduckens are not something new.

I felt like the best way to describe what a TURDUCKEN is is to go the the foodie source Epicurious Food.  This is the image that started the article.  What is this thing….the Turducken?

I came across this article on the Epicurious Blog that was good at showing me some variations on the them, but what was really informative was the how to video that follows………
