I think the best place to start would be to talk to some local residential designers or architects about wanting a home similar to Yasuhiro Yamashita&#039;s Penguin House.  I&#039;m sure this is a one of a kind home with design copyright issues and not a home with plans available for purchase, but I could be wrong.

Being in Florida, we&#039;re not sure what exactly Canada officials need to approve for building permit, but if you were to buy stock plans from someone, usually you need to have the plans structurally engineered by a local, familiar with the area and codes.
