Given a unique site across the street from the University of Georgia’s track and field venue, this project site is on a corner with a large historic tree on the property.  The owner and design team worked to create a 8,900 two-story office space with basement that would protect the tree, while offering tenants views to the nearby neighborhood and athletic fields.
