The client wanted to replace their existing two car garage with a new three car garage with bedrooms, bathroom and playroom above for their two children. The challenge in this project was to add this much square footage, including a second floor, to the front of the home without making it look out of scale and stuck on. New shingles, new color palette, and replacing the foam round columns with clean, square stacked stone columns allowed us to not only update the appearance of the existing home, but visually tie in the new addition.
