The project team took an historic 1916 building, and developed a scheme that would allow for art exhibit space, multi-functional event space, and back of house services such as a catering kitchen, offices, and art storage.  The built project features 6,400 sq ft of space and an exterior courtyard designed for event overflow and casual interaction.
