Piedmont College Art School
Developed on a challenging site that backs up to wetlands, this 26,500 sq ft building contains studio spaces, teaching labs, a darkroom, and a detached kiln building. The project features structural steel, hollowcore concrete floor and roof panels, and complicated MEP systems designed to meet the needs of the students and accreditation standards.
