The client wished to incorporate a new coffee and mail facility at the core of their office park development.  The office park has numerous high tech firms and it was important that the architecture of the buildings was as forward thinking as the businesses that called the center home.  This design guideline had to be carried through in the developer’s new building as well, which included outdoor seating, rain screens, and an eye towards sustainability.
