Residential Facelift Update: 4567 Palmer
We got word that the facelift we recommended for 4567 Palmer (click here for a map) had gone into effect and since the site isn’t too far from our office we decided to go over and take a look yesterday and take a few pictures. We’re pretty happy of the way it turned out and it is a great example of what some fresh paint, new windows, and a couple of well placed lights can do to a place. The owners of the property also did renovations to the interior of the house as well.
We chose the actual paint colors for the exterior of the home and had to switch up the design for the garage door because the originally specified off the shelf sectional just wouldn’t fit into the space. We ended up going with a custom built carriage door, with a dark stain, that really warmed up the facade. Finally, cleaning up some of the existing landscaping and adding a few more plants really helped the curb appeal of the home.
4567 Palmer is actually listed for sale at $89,900 and if you would like more information, please visit this link.
Below is an image of the original structure and then our proposed changes:

Wow! what a difference. The changes you made really improved not only the house but the entire neighborhood.

What a transformation. the trellis to hide the power meter is a great idea, I think landscaping will further enhance the project.
Great looking place! Content Design Group strikes again.
Nice! What an improvement. I agree about the carriage doors and landscape. I think a future entrance canopy would highlight the entrance as well as provide shelter from the elements. Keep up the great work guys!
