see your home’s potential: get a facelift

In today’s economy, more and more people are staying in their homes, not wanting the financial risk or burden of building or purchasing a new residence. Still, many homeowners are looking for ways to improve the looks of their current home, by making smart cost effective decisions.
We’ve recently began offering homeowners the same virtual facelifts that we’ve been doing for commercial property owners. These virtual facelifts are cost effective visualizations of suggested ideas to help our clients picture what the changes will look like before money is spent on painting and renovations.
The virtual facelift is a rendering that shows what your current home will look like after we incorporate your input on budget, personal likes, and other revisions. We will incorporate your input with our professional experience adding both aesthetic and financial value to your residence. Any materials, color, or other elements shown in the rendering will be specified, with model numbers and/or manufacturer information.
Below is an example of a facelift that shows different color options for the same house. As you can see from this selection, each color option provides a dramatic change in the appearance of the house:

In the facelift example below, we focused not only on the change of color, but we also incorporated new elements and materials. The small white stucco foam columns are shown replaced with larger, warmer color, stone veneer columns. The stone veneer manufacturer, color, and pattern were specified along with the paint colors for the exterior walls and trim. We also specified the roof manufacturer and shingle color.

Because we offer the residential facelift service as a rendering, the majority of changes we recommend will normally be only aesthetic in nature; such as color, materials, and other non-structural suggestions. It is still recommended that you contact your local building department for any requirements or documents needed before any work on the property is initiated.
how to request a facelift:
For most residential facelift packages, the price is below $400.00. Depending on our work load, we try to complete residential facelift projects in as little as one week. If you are interested in getting a proposal for a residential facelift, please fill out the form.
The two most important things we need to complete a residential facelift are your thoughts on what you would like for us to incorporate and show in the rendering and a picture of your home as it is today.
submitting the photograph of your home:
The photograph you submit allows us to model out any suggested revisions to your home. Generally, the better quality the photograph, the more detailed the rendering we will be able to provide. Submitted photographs should be at least 800 pixels wide, with a resolution of 150 pixels per inch, and in jpeg format. The photograph of the home should show the front of the home, one corner, and at least a portion of a side wall. Please see the images below for more details:
It is important to make sure that the corner closest to the camera is as visible as possible in the picture.
If for some reason, we cannot use your submitted photograph we will contact you to discuss the reasons.
