Those garage doors would only be closed when the restaurant is closed or when the weather is bad (the third image shows the pizza place closed, with the pivoting door shut), otherwise it acts as an awning. It is the type that hinges in the middle. This one took a little less than 4 hours design, modeling, and rendering. Thanks for the comment…

Only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the garage door that closes off the seating area. For me it's a little confrontational for the pedestrian walking by. Sweet rendering too.
