Ocean facade. My only critique would be that I'd like to see the canopy cables a little smaller and see those upper railing protrude out over the sidewalk. One of the biggest problems, for me, with the older buildings downtown, in Riverside and Springfield is the lack of "protrusion". There is a nice human scale to most of the old shop fronts and tenant buildings, but when you look down a typical street there is nothing going on above the sidewalk. It's one long flat wall. I think pulling out those railings would be an awesome way to create a little dynamism for the pedestrian experience. Otherwise, as always, awesome work. I love the N. Ocean facade.
