I tried to renovate all above buildings but was laughed at by the slumlords who own them, one of which is the city itself. The only good experience was meeting jacksonville urban designer Jeremiah Russell who adjusted his abilities to design a urban residence for me in riverside. All of jacksonvilles urban pioneers are the greatest asset this city has, but i must pass on my own 5 year experience to anyone interested in downtown residental development. Forget it, concentrate on urban neighborhoods, riverside and springfield. Downtown should be demolished and turned into a cow pasture! Dont waste your time!!!
