Designed for an artistic young couple in Longwood, FL, this 3,400 sq ft home centers on a live work concept.  The first floor is devoted to a photography studio, workshop, office, and client meeting space.  The second floor provides space living areas for the couple.  This arrangement offered a great balance for their lifestyle, and for future growth as a family.  Durable exterior materials were chosen for low maintenance, reinforcing the industrial nature the client wished for the home.
