So, I’m really torn right now. I’d love to ride my bicycle to work, but I know that after a 6 mile ride, I’ll be a sweaty mess with the Florida heat these days. Greg has been riding his when he can, but only has about a mile and a half commute.

I really don’t want to break down and buy a scooter, for a couple reasons: one actually being, I like the idea of being able to pedal when I can, so I can burn a few calories. But again, I don’t want to be drenched when I show up at work.

Well, I think I’ve found the solution, the Ultra Motor A2B, a Light Electrical Vehicle that allows 20 miles of unassisted power at 20 mph, off of a fully charged lithium ion battery.

Designed for urban or suburban commutes, this Light Electric Vehicle offers lightweight aluminum construction with full suspension. Add in its comfortable, oversized seat and you have a powerful ride that’s easy to handle.

    Jason,

These are cool. Did you find out how much they are?

    I think the A2B is about $2,200.00.

Ultra Motors has a couple other LEV cycles, around $800.00 for the Portia and $1,600.00 for the Europa. Of course, I obviously have expensive taste, because I like the A2B the best.
